Nos hemos hospedado continuamente con mi esposa, cuando tenemos la oportunidad de ir a chilpancingo, es lugar es muy bueno, tienes a espaldas el zocalo y algunas atracciones, las habitaciones son amplia y limpias, el servicio a cuarto es bueno ademas de los recepcionistas son amables y ademas cuenta con agua caliente, unicos detalle el wifi es debil y las tvs son algo viejitas, de ahi en fuera un gran hotel.

Excelente hotel; limpio, barato y muy céntrico. Salvo un defecto, y es que la camarista entró a nuestro cuarto abriendo con una llave y pasó sin pedir permiso, tomando nuestra llave, argumentando que el recepcionista se la pidió ya que el cuarto estaba desocupado, siendo las nueve cuarenta cuando el chek out es a las doce p.m. y al reclamarle al recepcionista este se rió sin argumento alguno. Es necesario capacitar a ciertas personas de unos departamentos de ese hotel pero de lo demás no existe queja, salvo esa vicisitud que es de franca delicadeza.
